Our World, Their Future

While we respect the importance of technology in our world, we also respect the importance of our world.

As such we will endeavour to offer advice and services which are grounded in environmentally friendly, sustainable solutions which have a minimal impact on the world in which we live.

We provide this advice in an ethical manner, and conduct our business in line with our high ethical and moral standards at all times.

Right Livelihood

Virya Technologies follow a code of ethics and operate as a "right livelihood" business which means that we operate to an ethos statement which clearly lays out our aims, ethics and core values.  These are based on the five precepts of Buddhism, and in a nutshell mean that we will not deceive or cheat our clients, will always endeavour be ethical, honest and truthful in everything we do, and will be kind, compassionate and mindful of our impact on the world in which we live.

We also do not use sales and marketing techniques which conflict with these beliefs.  We aim to donate up to 10% of our turnover to charity, and have very strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies.

Our staff are also often found doing weird and wonderful things in the name of raising money for charity which we fully support!
