Business Net-walking combines networking with other business people with getting some fresh air, enjoying the countryside and getting some light exercise.  We meet at the entrance to Orwell Country Park off Nacton Road on the first Wednesday of each month (Except September 2010 which will be the 3rd Wednesday due to holidays!).

The walk takes around an hour at a slow to moderate pace, taking us down through the woods to the Nacton foreshore, with beautiful views of the bridge and Ipswich town centre up the river Orwell.  We then walk along the beach for a short distance before rejoining the path back up to the car park.  For those who wish to join us for a drink and some lunch we will adjourn to The Raven on Ravenswood afterwards.

We will still walk if the weather is inclement, so please bring waterproofs!  Sensible shoes are advised, although it is a clearly trodden path there are some areas which are slightly rough and could be slippery when wet.
