Emergencies
If you have an emergency requirement for Windows support - for example if your server is down or you have a security breach - please call us at any time on (0845) 003 7235 or +44 7823 770827 which will route to our on-call engineers.
Depending on your location and whether we can remotely access your server, we aim to respond within two hours (usually immediate where travel is not required).
Please note that there is a call-out fee of £50 per issue, with our hourly rate starting at £60 per hour or part thereof.
Ongoing support
