4Make continual improvements in the reduction and recycling of materials such as: water, paper and waste materials.

5Gain support from our customers and ensure they are aware of our environmental policy and our commitment to offering sustainable services.

6Source products that have minimal environmental impact. This includes giving attention to packaging, recyclable products, local sourcing and the procurement of more energy efficient equipment.

7Work with our suppliers and contractors ensuring that they are made aware of our policy and that they have compatible policies for managing their impact on the environment.

8Regularly conduct reviews to ensure that the company’s operations remain compliant with this policy and to set or revise targets to ensure continual improvement for the future.

9Provide our employees with the information necessary to fully implement this policy via Staff Notice Boards, departmental meetings and other communication channels.
